1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TradePilot website, mobile application, or related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TradePilot provides a business management platform for handymen and remodeling contractors, including tools for estimates, proposals, invoicing, scheduling, job management, and related features. The Service is provided subject to these Terms and any applicable plan or subscription terms.

3. Account and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business if you are registering on behalf of an entity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws; to infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights; to transmit malware or harmful code; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or others’ accounts; or to use the Service in a manner that could harm, disable, or overburden the Service or other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

5. Payment and Subscription

Fees for paid plans are as described on our pricing page and are billed in advance (e.g. monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge the payment method on file. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in a separate refund policy. We may change fees with notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

6. Your Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. You grant us a license to use, store, and process that data to provide and improve the Service. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

TradePilot and its content, features, and functionality (excluding your data) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradePilot and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradePilot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for cause, including violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account as permitted in the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TradePilot regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
